The Oriole Varsity Football team improved to 1-0 in the Big 8 and 1-1 overall as they defeated the Bronson Vikings in Quincy Friday night,
The Orioles out gained Bronson 489 yards to 185, with Evan Coon and Chandler Locke both going over 100 yards on the night and both scoring 2 touchdowns. Dalton Messenger was 3-4 passing on the night with big passing completions to Blake Burkhart, Tyler Saterlee, and Kyler Economou.
The Oriole Defense forced seven turnovers on the night as they swarmed to the ball and were led in tackles by Coon and Economou who also recovered three fumbles.
The Orioles take on Union City at home next Friday 9/13/19 at 7pm.
