Boys/Girls Varsity Track vs. Union City HS School

On Saturday, the boys' varsity track team competed at the Branch County Invitational at Union City against Union City, Bronson, and Coldwater. Individual medals were awarded to the top 3 finishers in each event. Highlights of the day included but are not limited to:
Ashtyn Morris 2nd place in both the shot put and discus events, with Caleb Kelley taking 3rd in discus. Clayton Benson took 3rd in high jump, and Corey Turner and Kaleb Handy took 2nd and 3rd in pole vault. Michael Daniels took 3rd place overall in the 100m dash. Clayton Benson also took 2nd in the 110m hurdles.
The Orioles will be competing in their first conference meet at Homer this Wednesday against Homer and Bronson.
