Boys/Girls Varsity Track vs. Multiple Opponents

On Wednesday night, the boys varsity track team competed in the Big 8 Conference meet on home turf. The boys ended their season with a 5th place finish, beating Bronson, Homer, and Springport, but falling short to Union City, Jonesville, Reading, and Concord. Highlights of the evening include:
Ben Schreur taking 3rd place and receiving conference honorable mention in the 200m dash, 3rd place in the 4x100m relay with the team of Tae'Sean Bodley, Bryce Bellamy, Ethan Hollister, and Ben Schreur, Ashtyn Morris 3rd with conference honorable mention, Gabe Watson 4th, and Carter McClellan 5th in discus, Tae'Sean Bodley 4th in high jump, Corey Turner 3rd with conference honorable mention and Jachin Murray 5th in pole vault, and Tae'Sean Bodley 2nd place and conference honorable mention in the 300m hurdles. Congratulations on a great season, boys! The 4x100m relay team will be competing at the MHSAA state finals on Saturday, June 4th.
