On Wednesday evening, the boys' varsity track team dominated in a double dual against Homer and Bronson. Along with multiple PRs, some highlights of the evening include Ben Schreur, Noah Pearson, and Tae'Sean Bodley sweeping the 100m dash with a first, second, and third place finish, Ben Schreur and Cameron Barry taking first and second place in the 200m dash, Noah Pearson 2nd in the 400m dash, and Tae'Sean Bodley 2nd place in the 300m hurdles. The 4x100m relay took first place with the team of Tae'Sean Bodley, Bryce Bellamy, Noah Pearson, and Ethan Hollister, and the 4x400 relay took first as well with the team of Bryce Bellamy, Cameron Barry, Landen Kelley, and Noah Pearson. The Orioles also had a stellar performance in the field events with Ashtyn Morris taking first in the shot put and second in the discus. Ben Schreur took second in high jump and Ethan Hollister took first in long jump. Corey Turner took first place in pole vault with Jachin Murray and Zach Klimmer taking second and third to finish the sweep. The Orioles will be competing at the Comstock Invitational this Friday.
