Quincy Girls Soccer continued their winning streak tonight beating Jonesville 7-1.
The first goal of the night came from Sami Hollenbaugh at the 14 minute mark. Two minutes later Abby Hinds added to the score with another goal assisted by Sami Hollenbaugh. The score remained 2-0 for the rest of the half.
Early in the 2nd half Jonesville was awarded a penalty kick which they capitalized on closing the gap 2-1. From that point on it was all Quincy. They controlled possession adding 5 more goals scored by Kalie Glei, Lexi Hinds, Abigail Harmon, Sami Hollenbaugh and Adriana Welch. Quincy's defense dominated tonight stopping Jonesville and allowing only 1 shot on goal. Quincy is currently 3-0 for the season. They will be back at home Monday night against Lenawee Christian.
