Boys/Girls Middle School Track vs. Concord HS School

The Young Orioles Track and Field Team flew to Concord to duel against the Yellowjackets on April 22. Their first regular meet of the season came out well for the teams, with the boys winning 73 to 52, and the girls coming up just shy of a score of 53 to 63. The boys team came away with 58 PRs for the meet and the girls had 33!! What a fantastic night!!
AND!! We have a new school record in the girls long jump! The prior record has stood since 1977!!! Riley Myers jumped an amazing jump of 15’4” on her first meet back from injury. Congratulations to Riley on her accomplishments!!
Join the team tomorrow, April 24 at the Union City Invite. Field events start at 3:30; running events at 4:00.
