Quincy's 8th grade Boys Basketball suffered its 1st loss of the season with a 62-41 loss at home to Springport. The Spartans and Orioles were tied at 25 at the end of the 1st half. Springport then wore down he O's with a big 2nd half to get the win.
Alex Dunn led the Orioles with 19 points and a strong all around effort. Noah Rufenacht also reached double figures with 10 and was very active on both ends of the floor. Christian Craven added 8 points and Garrett Haylett and Rylan Dickey also scored for the Orioles who are now off until after the Thanksgiving break.
