The Quincy boys' basketball team played at Reading this afternoon in a make-up game. Reading came out on top, 34-21. The Orioles played solid defense, but could not make many shots today. The rim seemingly had a lid on it for the entire game.
Sam Sawyer led Quincy with 15 points. Ashtyn Morris had 11 rebounds and Ta'Sean Bodley had 8 rebounds.
The Orioles drop to 2-5 overall and 1-4 in the Big Eight. The next game is at home against Concord on Tuesday.
