The Orioles improve to 1-1 on the season and face Addison at home next Friday night with a 7pm kickoff.
The Orioles were led on offense by Tae'Sean Bodleys two rushing touchdowns and Corbin Bethel with a rushing touchdown. Cody Neusbaum caught a two point conversion from Bodley. Tyler Saterlee added a big second half reception over the middle from Bodley as well. Rushing leaders on the day were Bodley with 82. Landen Kelley with 74, and Gabe Watson with 55.
Defensively the Orioles gave up 115 total yards with only 8 yards rushing as the team played relentless swarming D against the Yellow Jacket uptempo spread offense. Several players recorded tackles. The trio of Kyler Economou, Saterlee, and Blaine Pish led the team in tackles and Neusbaum added an interception.
