We came into Thursday night playing tough, sweeping Calhoun Christian 25-13 and 25-20 in the first match. In match two, we struggled with errors against Kalamazoo forcing us into a set 3. While we would have loved to sweep the Kalamazoo Cougars, playing a third deciding set is good experience for us and allowed us to battle through a mentally tough game. We were up 14-11 in set three and allowed three consecutive points off our errors to tie it up 14-14 before a timeout. We came out of the timeout aggressive and tough ending the match 16-14.  (25-18,19-25,16-14).
