Quincy Orioles JV beats Homer JV in a rain shortened 3 inning baseball game Friday night by a final score of 16 to 5. Homer raced out to a 5 to 0 lead after the top half of the 1st inning but, Quincy fought back with 4 runs in the bottom of the inning. The 2nd inning saw Quincy take a lead after the Orioles scored 7 runs. Quincy pulled away in the 3rd when they plated 5 more runs before the game was called due to rain and field conditions. Luke Clancy, Dayton Parker and Brahn Hemminger all took to the mound for the night allowing only 1 hit from the Trojans. Offensively the Orioles got multiple hits from Kaleb Rudduck and Caden Norris. Clancy, Parker, Kolten Chapman, Anderson Suever and Hemminger all chipped in with hits.
