The Quincy Lady Orioles hit the road to face Big 8 rival Bronson and came ready to make a statement bringing home a dominant 4-0 win! It didn’t take long to get things rolling, as Laura Bostic found the back of the net just 1:30 into the match off a great assist from Kenzi Maynard. That duo stayed hot, connecting again at the 12-minute mark to give Quincy a 2-0 lead. Laura capped off an incredible first half with a hat trick just before the break! Coming out strong in the second half, Kenzi Maynard added a goal of her own just four minutes in to seal the deal and extend the lead to 4-0. On the defensive side, the Lady O’s showed grit and growth holding Bronson to just 6 shots and giving Senior Goalkeeper Olivia Davenport the support she needed to secure the shutout! With the win, Quincy improves to 4-3 overall (3-0 Big 8) to remain perfect in conference play. The Orioles return back home Friday as they take on Maple Valley.
