The Quincy girls soccer team picked up a hard-fought 6-4 win over Springport, using a strong offensive performance to secure the victory. Leading the way for the Orioles was Laura Bostic, who had a dominant night with four goals and an assist. Bostic was aggressive throughout, putting constant pressure on the net and finishing multiple scoring chances. Kenzi Maynard added two goals of her own to round out the scoring for Quincy, helping the Orioles build enough offense to withstand a push from Springport. Quincy generated consistent opportunities throughout the match, tallying multiple shots on goal and keeping pressure on the Springport defense. The Orioles showed resilience down the stretch, holding off Springport’s late efforts to close out the win. The win brings the Orioles record to 3-3 on the season.
