The Quincy boys track and field team enters the 2026 season looking to build on a strong 2025 campaign that saw them capture a conference championship. The goal this spring is clear... Compete for another title and continue the program’s success. The Orioles return a strong core of leadership, led by seniors Clayton Benson, Lincoln Sims, and Chayse Jenson. Juniors Noah Rufenacht and Isaiah Staggs are also expected to take on larger roles, while a talented sophomore class looks to make an impact. Quincy brings balance across all areas, with continued growth in the distance events and strength in the field events providing key scoring opportunities. The team’s depth and versatility should be a major asset throughout the season. Team goals include competing for a repeat conference championship, contending for a regional title, and qualifying as many athletes as possible for the state meet. Head coach Parshall is focused on continued development while fostering a competitive and positive team environment as the Orioles build on their tradition of success.
